Mrs. Keletso Magano-Niebling (MEDL)

Mrs. Keletso Magano-Niebling is a highly accomplished education leader with a Master’s in Educational Leadership and over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and a strong commitment to educational development and community empowerment.

As a Board Member of Multicultural Migrant & Community Service (MMCS), Mrs. Magano-Niebling plays a key role in supporting governance, strategic direction, and the delivery of initiatives that promote education, inclusion, and community wellbeing. Her expertise contributes significantly to strengthening programs that support young people and families from diverse backgrounds.

Fathi Yasin Hassan

Fathi Yasin Hassan is a Division 2 Nurse, Registered Migration Agent, community leader, and dedicated mother committed to supporting migrants and vulnerable communities across Australia. Having arrived in Australia as a nine-year-old refugee, she brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work, enabling her to connect deeply with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to fairness, cultural understanding, and empowering individuals to build stable and secure futures.

Fathi holds a Master’s in Australian Migration Law and Practice and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Social Work. Her multidisciplinary background across migration law, healthcare, and social work allows her to deliver holistic, person-centred support that addresses both legal and social needs.

As the CEO of Multicultural Migrant & Community Service, Fathi leads initiatives focused on settlement support, community connection, and wellbeing. Alongside her professional achievements, she is a proud mother, a role that deeply shapes her values, resilience, and passion for creating a better future for the next generation.

In recognition of her academic and professional excellence, Fathi was honoured at the 2025 Faculty of Law Awards Ceremony at University of Technology Sydney, where she was awarded the Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice Excellence Award. This award recognises outstanding professional capability, leadership, and commitment to the field of migration law.

Nimo Sheikh Omer

Nimo Sheikh Omer is a mental health advocate and behaviour specialist with over eight years of experience in the NDIS and mental health sector. She works from a strong rights-based approach, supporting individuals from diverse cultural and migrant backgrounds to access fair, respectful, and person-centred care.

As Board Secretary of Multicultural Migrant & Community Service (MMCS), Nimo contributes to governance, coordination, and communication, helping strengthen service delivery and community impact.

Avneet Kour

Avneet Kour is an education and social work professional with an international academic and professional background. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor of Education from India and has experience as a high school teacher. She later completed a Master’s in English and Education Management in the United Kingdom, where she also worked as a Personal Care Assistant, strengthening her understanding of individual care and support needs.

Currently based in Melbourne, Avneet is undertaking a Master of Social Work, with a strong focus on supporting diverse communities and promoting social inclusion.

Khadar Osman

Khadar Osman is an experienced professional in financial management, support services, and community engagement. As Treasurer of Multicultural Migrant & Community Service Inc. (MMCS), he ensures strong financial governance, accountability, and sustainability.

He brings expertise in financial oversight, compliance, and risk management, supporting effective operations and alignment with organisational goals. Khadar also contributes to strategic planning and decision-making at board level.

Passionate about community development, he has led initiatives promoting social inclusion and youth engagement.
